Packaging
Wherever possible, our packaging is recycled, reused or compostable. We don’t want to create more waste through our packaging so we would love it if once your delivery is received, the packaging is also recycled or reused. We want your products to get to you safely, so if you find bubble wrap or protective fillers they are packaging from products delivered to us and we are reusing them, or they are made from recycled materials.
We use compostable mailing bags – these are home compostable or can be put in your green organics bin for industrial composting.
The sticky tape we use is also biodegradable – this is best placed in your green organics bin for industrial composting.
Delivery
We use Australia Post or Sendle for delivery, depending on the destination and the most efficient way to get your order to you. For orders more than $95, free shipping will apply.
Products are shipped from Adelaide, South Australia. We aim to ship your orders within one business day, and your order will arrive based on Australia Post delivery time frames (further details below). Local destinations may arrive even sooner when we use Sendle.

If you would like your products faster – we offer express post. Just select this option at checkout. Express post means that for 80% of addresses across Australia, your products will be delivered the day after your package is posted. (Australia Post doesn’t guarantee next day delivery outside of the express post network, but will aim to deliver as soon as possible)
Australia Post requires a signature upon delivery, however at checkout you can elect for your item to be left without a signature (Authority to Leave (ATL)) by providing details in the ‘Order notes’ field. Please note this option is at your own risk and items cannot be refunded or replaced if they go missing.
