Vegan food wraps starter set

Vegan food wraps handmade by The Family Hub Organics.

Starter Set of 2:

• 1 x 23cm x 23cm (medium)
• 1 x 30cm x 30cm (large)

Great for fruit and vegetables, sandwiches, rolls and wraps, cheese, for covering bowls or plates, for bouquets of flowers – pretty much anything you would use plastic wrap for, except raw meat (including chicken and fish).

With care, they’ll last around 12 months. Then they can go in your compost as they are all natural and biodegradable.

Ingredients:

• candelilla wax,
• jojoba oil and
• tree gum

To use:

• wash before first use
• scrunch in hands to soften before using
• use a wrap large enough to cover the food item with some overlap – wraps stick best to themselves
• use some warmth from your hands to seal the wraps before placing them in the fridge
• not for use in the microwave or oven

To wash:

• rinse under lukewarm water (not hot or boiling).
• do not use harsh scourers or detergents
• do not submerge or soak your wraps
